It provides a great cost effective and eco alternative to plastic laminating a range of printed packaging applications.
The aim of Argos Solutions is to reduce the use of non-biodegradable plastic lamination. Thousands of tons of lamination film is disposed of every year. The UV coating machines from Argos Solutions provide a complete plastic free solution.
Instead of lamination the UV coating machine provides a very thin layer of liquid coating to protect and enhance the printed sheet. The UV coating recommended for use with the Argos UV coaters is a non-harmful liquid varnish made in Europe containing no VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
